On a beautiful sunny November afternoon I sit down to a hot bowl of Pho with my good friend and Project Lead for BOSA’s Residences at Lynn Valley Craig Anderson to discuss his thoughts on the project.
The excitement and enthusiasm is palpable, and what he describes to me really feels like major change for Lynn Valley’s aging central mall. Residences at Lynn Valley is more than another new condo development in North Vancouver, its also an opportunity to revitalize Lynn Valley’s main gathering space. Lynn Valley Mall has already seen a few facelifts, with a new public library and central square anchored by Browns Social House and Y Yoga. Bosa’s new development will also add a new grocery store, and plenty of new shopping experiences street access.
When it comes to the homes, Craig and his team will be adding a balanced mix of townhomes and condos to suit a wide range of buyers. When it comes down to finishing quality, he explains they have really gone all out and not cut any corners. From concrete construction to air conditioning and over-height ceilings, it is apparent BOSA wants to really make a statement with the Residences at Lynn Valley.
I can certainly conclude two things about Vancouver after our lunch meeting: Vancouver has no shortage of great pho, and talented condo developers.
